Plain Glass is any rectangular or square shape glass. Clipped Corners, are as Plain Glass, however the corners have been cut-off. Shaped Glass is any non-standard rectangular or square glass shape (we will require a template or exact scale drawing for BOTH clipped corners and shaped glass). If your glass has a bevel (i.e. not flat), we will not be able to supply this from our normal glass, we will need to order it from the appliance manufacturer and so it will need to be specially priced.

There are quite a few reasons why one might consider finding a replacement fire glass. Sometimes, the glass that comes with the stove is not of the highest quality and it will crack because of the heat, it could also be that soot attaches itself to the glass and, as you bake it over and over, it becomes irremovable.
Once you have purchased the fire resistant glass, setting it up is extremely simple so you can do it yourself if you wish. Just take note how your old glass was applied and reproduce the effect. You may need just glue, or you could just lock it into place by using a specific mechanism integrated in your stove. The important thing is to make sure the heat resistant glass is secure and it will not come off.
We stock only the highest quality replacement fire and stove glass, so when you purchase glass from us, you can be sure of a great long lasting glass that will last for many years. Our glass is of higher quality than most fires and stoves come with as standard, and at a fraction of the price of the manufacturers will charge you for a replacement.

Top Quality Replacement Glass for Stoves & Fires
Plain Glass is a standard rectangular or square glass that fits most stoves and fireplaces. Clipped Corner Glass is similar but features q cut-off corner(s), ensuring the glass fits perfectly into the location on your appliance. Shaped Glass refers to custom glass with irregular shapes, which requires precise measurements. For both clipped and shaped glass, we will need either a template or an accurate scale drawing to ensure the perfect fit.
If your glass is convex or concave (meaning it’s not flat if you lay it on a table), please note that we can’t provide this from our regular stock. A convex or concave glass piece will need to be specially ordered through the manufacturer.

Why Should You Replace Your Fire Glass?
Replacing your fire glass can be essential for both safety and performance. Over time, the glass in your stove can degrade due to different fuels used, extreme heat exposure etc, which may cause cracks. Additionally, soot and other debris can build up on the glass, and repeated cleaning might not remove the stains, diminishing their appearance and function.
Easy Installation of Your Fire-Resistant Glass
Once you’ve purchased your replacement fire-resistant glass, the installation process is simple and can often be done by yourself. Just take note of how your original glass was installed and replicate the process. Depending on your stove, you may need adhesive or a locking mechanism built into the unit to secure the glass in place. The key is ensuring the glass is securely fitted to withstand heat safely. It is very important not to over-tighten any clips holding the glass in place.
